Eligible Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received an incorrect item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Your order is incomplete.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide a description of the issue along with clear photos of the product and packaging if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Opened or unsealed packs, boxes, or sealed products.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Final Sale or Clearance items unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Single Cards
Minor manufacturing variations such as centering, print alignment, edge quality, or corner condition are considered normal characteristics of trading cards.
These variations are not considered manufacturing defects and therefore do not qualify for a return or exchange unless the item has a significant manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was sent.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be in its original condition.
- Be unused.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is due to an error made by Cardongy, we will cover the related shipping costs.
For other approved return cases, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
